I’ve been verbally (thankfully not physically) attacked by members of local Mormon Churches for my part in protesting the passing of Prop 8 and I just know one of these days it will get ugly on their part. Recently the local college (California Polytechnic State Univ. or “Cal Poly”) faced recent homophobic and racial death threats from a group of its own students who went without punishment. We could definitely use you over here!!

To our knowledge there is no BB! chapter there. We think there was just a group of radical queers who wrote a reportback with the words “Bashing Back,” in it. But if anyone does have their contact let us know.

I am not necessarily looking to start a Bash Back chapter here, but I am looking to start a local group that would be dedicated to the right and ability of queers to defend themselves and each other. A bash back chapter could be an option, but I think it could take a different form, too.
