I love how you try to use this line on the website of one of the fastest growing militant groups. Combine this with the fact that the group is still fairly new and the privileged failure that was the anti-war movement prior, I have to giggle at the blame being put on us.

I’m a revolutionary communist in the Bay Area, and I thoroughly enjoyed your article on Lovelle Mixon a few months back. I was wondering if you were planning on writing anything about the recent events at Ft. Hood involving the military psychiatrist that was accused of going on a shooting spree. I think this definitely needs a good radical analysis, and for some reason I thought immediately of you guys as a group to make that analysis. I’d stop bothering with calling them out–in the grander scheme of things, that entire painful sector of anarchism has collected itself to one little corner of the internet where it is very easily ignored and marginalized.

(These are thoughts in response to the discussion I’ve read about this post on the internet, not just on this site.)

Queer and trans resistance was definitely downplayed in regards to the G20, nice to see that pointed out. Personally, I think Fuck the Straight Anarchists except for the ones that are down with the kind of queer rage against heteronormativity and cissexism that is too fierce to waste it’s time trying to appeal to a bunch of entitled assholes.

All of this anti identity bullshit is getting old, what the fuck is so unapproachable about the identities of ‘anarchist’ or ‘insurrectionist’? Those seem more valid targets of critique and are chosen. Being queer and trans in a queer hating world is an act of resistance, and as far as I’m concerned anarchists who ideologically shame people into disappearing into the straight world (because a lack of identity isn’t nothingness, it is the institutionalized normalcy of the ruling classes, at least in this fucking world) are no more an extension of Bash Back!’s crew then the anarcho liberals who denounce insurrection.

Also, people need to stop pitting oppressed anarchists against each other. There is not a pissing contest between Bash Back! and APOC, more of an overlapping. It’s as if some people think that there are only room for two specific groups of anti oppression folx against the fucking totality. This is not true, and if you think it is, you’re the one pulling the air from our lungs, not the other way around. Fuck off.

And by the way, the more that people get their shit together the less need their is for people to do their shit separately. If you want these distinctions to go away then stop driving everybody off and stop invalidating people’s fuckin struggles.
